 TYPICAL
SPECIFICATIONS
The load cell must be adjustable in height so conversion does
not require alteration of existing frame. There must be a
means to level the frame built into the conversion kit. The
load cell must be NTEP approved Stainless Steel shear beam
cell with a built-in mechanical overload stop to protect it
from damage during rough cylinder loading. The load cell mount
must be dry powder polyester plastic coated to provide protection
from the harsh environment. The standard indicator must be
electronic with a digital readout and housed in a NEMA 4x,
UL approved fiberglass box. There shall be 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA
and -8 to +12 mA output signals selectable as scale or loop
powered to provide versatility to interface with related equipment.
An adjustable low level contact closure is also required.
Optional 1099™ Chemical Process Controller is also available.

Kit shall be a Model 3050™ as manufactured by Scaletron
