 TYPICAL
SPECIFICATIONS
The Platform Scale must have rugged steel frame and shall
be dry powder polyester plastic coated. The decking shall
be solid, ½ inch thick PVC. All hardware shall be stainless
steel. The height shall not exceed 1.75 inches, (45 mm) so
as not to require a pit or ramp. Stainless steel leveling
feet shall be supplied with 4 NTEP approved stainless steel
shear beam cells. A four cell system is required for accurate
reading so that off center loads may be placed anywhere on
the base and still obtain an accurate reading. Base must be
fully electronic with no mechanical lever system to corrode.
Scale
shall be a Model 4041™ as manufactured by Scaletron
Industries Ltd., Plumsteadville, PA.
