5 Year Full Warranty On All Products

Scaletron Industries Ltd, warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of shipment from factory. Scaletron Industries Ltd, will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any such defect at no charge. All equipment must be returned to the factory, freight prepaid, to Plumsteadville, PA. U.S.A. Contact factory for RA# (Return Authorization #)

This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been:

1. Repaired or altered in any manner by any person not authorized by Scaletron Industries Ltd. If in our sole judgment, such alteration or repair has affected the performance, stability, or reliability of the product; or,
2. Has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident; or,
3. Has been connected, installed, adjusted or used otherwise than in accordance with the instructions furnished by us.

Scaletron Industries Ltd's. sole liability and buyers sole remedy shall be limited at our sole, discretion, to the purchase price, or to repair or replacement of any product that proves, upon Scaletron Scales Ltd's examination, to be defective under this warranty.

Scaletron Industries Ltd, reserves the right to make any changes in design or construction of its products at anytime without incurring any obligation to make any change whatever in products previously sold.

Scaletron Industries Ltd, shall not be responsible for any consequential loss resulting from the performance or operation of any product manufactured or sold by Scaletron industries Ltd.

This warranty constitutes the full understanding between Scaletron Industries Ltd, and the buyer, and no terms, conditions, understandings, or agreements purporting to modify or vary the terms hereof shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized official of Scaletron Industries Ltd.

Warranty Return-Repair Procedures:

Call or write Scaletron Industries Ltd. for a return authorization number (RA#) and a RA# form will be faxed for completion. All components must be shipped prepaid to Scaletron Industries Ltd's. factory authorization repair center. A written explanation of the apparent problem must accompany all returned components. Please refer to the warranty claim number on return goods packing document. The serial number of the scale being returned for service must be included on all paperwork.
