Warranty and Non-Warranty Return-Repair Procedures

Click Here to request a return authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt and review by Scaletron, a return authorization number will be emailed to you along with a copy of your filled out form.

All components must be shipped prepaid via UPS or FEDEX (Do not use USPS!) to Scaletron Industries Ltd’s. factory authorized repair center at the address below. A copy of the completed RA Authorization Form that includes a written explanation of the apparent problem must accompany all returned components.
